Born in France, Max Baby spent a lot of time in the UK with family and friends and became bilingual whilst learning about the culture. That’s around the time he wrote his first songs. Although he never had any musical training, he then grew up as a multi-genre and all-around record producer (writer, composer, topliner, producer and arranger).
Recently, he collaborated with a wide panel of artists including Ichon, Owlle, Albert Newton and Crystal Murray to name of few, and with producers Pierrick Devin (Phoenix, Nekfeu, Lomepal…), Lunice (Kanye West, Lil Wayne…), Phil Scully (Diplo, Major Lazer, ZAYN…) and Dan Farber (Lizzo, Tkay Maidza…). He also entirely produced Sub Pop rising star Hannah Jadagu critically acclaimed debut album Aperture.
The urge of doing something personal led him back to the studio, this time, all by himself. His debut solo EP is on its way and features a collection of songs all written, composed, performed (vocals and instruments), and produced by him alone.
