Yodelice no longer needs an introduction: from performer to composer, and even music producer and director, nothing can stop him. A true jack-of-all-trades for years, it was with his album "Tree of Life" released in 2009 that he marked his own birth: that of Yodelice, the alias that allows Maxim Nucci – his real name – to reinvent himself. Following the album's great success (gold and then platinum record), he released three more: "Cardioid" (2010), "Square Eyes" (2013), and "The Circle" (2022). If Maxime's first albums were a vibrant tribute to the artists and music ‘he loves’, folk, blues and Americana, his new album “What’s the cure” which will be released in October 2024 seems more like a guide to the cold, rainy English air of post-70s Manchester, with analogue rhythms and guitars colliding with the digital coldness of machine-made beats.
